Denbies are delighted to have scooped 24 medals during the 2018 wine awards season. Highlights include an impressive 2 Golds and 2 Silvers for The Brokes Botrytis 2016, whilst the Noble Harvest 2016 achieved 1 Gold and 2 Silvers and was also winner of the Stefanowicz Trophy for most outstanding sweet wine, a top accolade.
Our sparkling wines also fared well, with a Gold and a Silver for Greenfields NV. Denbies’ premium Cubitt Blanc de Blancs 2013 and Cubitt Blanc de Noirs 2013 earned impressive results, with a Silver for the former and two Silvers for the latter.
Our Pinot Gris 2015 was awarded 2 Silvers and Pinot Noir 2016 also won a Silver, demonstrating Denbies’ skill in producing top quality wines across our range.
The WineGB Awards celebrate the best of England’s still and sparkling wines from the majority of wine producers throughout the UK. Most of these producers have also gone through the International Wine Awards including Decanter, the International Wine Challenge and the International Wine and Spirit Competition judging wines from across the world, with professional judges and blind tastings.
