The Farmhouse
The original Farmhouse, built in the 1850s, offers 17 en-suite rooms. Inspiration for the signature vine wallpaper is drawn from the Jane Austen House Museum, which dates back to c. 1805. The Farmhouse retains its original character. Warm furnishings compliment the vineyard landscape which surrounds the hotel and estate.
The Brokes
The Brokes is adjacent to The Farmhouse. With two levels, the rooms open out to the landscaped patio area, overlooking the vineyard. The artwork and interior styling contribute to the origins of the working winery. Dog friendly rooms available.

Denbies Vineyard Hotel is ideally placed for miles and miles of trails and footpaths for hiking with your pooch! Together with 7 miles of public footpath within the 265 acres of vines, the hotel is located on the Surrey Hills Greenway Trail which winds through the vineyard. Approaching the expansive Denbies Estate, for a moment, one could really be anywhere in the world, acres and acres of vineyard rolling into the distant hills, a captivating sight – in the middle of Surrey Hills wine country.

- Food & Wine pairing on arrival: Enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the wine estate with a flight of Denbies award winning wines matched with local produce overlooking the vineyard.
- Secret Vineyard Trail: The walking Secret Vineyard Trail takes you at a leisurely pace to some of the most beautiful viewing points in the 265-acre vineyard and areas not normally accessible to the public! Selected wine tastings will be served along the way. Experience magnificent panoramic views of the 265 acres under vine, with far reaching views over the Denbies Estate and the North Downs.
