Surrey Wedding Package
Available all year round
Whether you choose to have a summer or winter wedding, the vineyard is a beautiful and unique venue all year round. The vineyard has a stunning 265 acres of sweeping vines, and with the vineyard as your backdrop, you can capture those unforgettable moments of your special day. With unlimited vineyard access brings countless photo opportunities.
Denbies Surrey Wedding Package includes exclusive hire of:
The Conservatory Atrium (17:00 – midnight)
The Garden Room & Stunning Courtyard Pavilion (10:00 – midnight)
Unlimited vineyard access, giving you endless memorable photography opportunities
Ceremonies for 70 – 150 guests*, Receptions up to 350 guests.
Reception package to include:
• Denbies Sparkling wine or Sparkling Elderflower on arrival
• 3 course meal with tea & coffee
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Chilled Still & Sparkling mineral water
• Denbies Sparkling wine to toast
• Room hire of the Conservatory Atrium, Garden Room & Courtyard

Gallery Restaurant Package
Available all year round
The Gallery Restaurant is located on the third floor of the winery with panoramic 360 views of the vineyard. This package is ideally suited for a more intimate celebration.
Reception package to include:
• Denbies Sparkling wine or Sparkling Elderflower on arrival
• 3 course meal with tea & coffee
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Chilled Still & Sparkling mineral water
• Denbies Sparkling wine to toast
• Complimentary menu tasting for the Bride & Groom
• Accommodation for the wedding couple on their wedding night.

Vineyard Hotel Exclusive Package
Available all year round
Denbies Vineyard Hotel is located in the heart of the vineyard, surrounded by the 265 acres of vines. Celebrate your perfect day at the Vineyard Hotel, which includes exclusive hire of The Vineyard Restaurant and Wine Library, nestled in the centre of the Surrey Hills, both providing endless views of the vines. The stunning surroundings and rolling hotel lawn both provide an idyllic backdrop for your special day, giving you endless memorable photography opportunities.
Indoor Ceremonies 20 – 40 guests. Outdoor Ceremonies up to 150 guests.
Reception package to include:
• Denbies Sparkling wine or Sparkling Elderflower on arrival
• A selection of canapes
• 3 course meal with tea & coffee
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Chilled Still & Sparkling mineral water
• Denbies Sparkling wine to toast
• Evening Catering Selection
The Vineyard Hotel Wedding Package requires additional venue hire of the entire hotel. This includes The Vineyard Hotel’s 17 bedrooms, The Vineyard Restaurant & The Wine Library (plus chair hire).
Please note, The Garden Room will be made available upon wet weather.
Full hotel booking terms available upon request. Check in is from 15:00. For access to rooms prior to this, rooms must be booked out the night before the wedding day. Live music is to end by 22:00. Exclusive hire of the Hotel fee is in addition to the price per head fee.
Vineyard Marquee Package
Available all year round
Immerse yourself in the beauty of our 265 acre vineyard with Denbies Vineyard Hotel Marquee Package. Located in the heart of the vineyard on our lush hotel lawn, this package will provide you with breath-taking views from every direction.
Reception & Ceremonies for 60 – 80 guests
Reception package to include:
• Denbies Sparkling wine or Sparkling Elderflower on arrival
• 3 course meal with tea & coffee
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Chilled Still & Sparkling mineral water
• Denbies Sparkling wine to toast
• Exclusive use of all 17 en-suite bedrooms for the night before and night of the wedding
• The Vineyard Restaurant & Wine Library with sweeping views of the vines
• Two covered Cabanas with heating and vineyard views
• The rolling Lawn overlooking the vines
• Fully dressed marquee* including chandeliers and draping

Wine Library Package
Available all year round
Denbies Intimate Wine Library Package is the perfect option for those who are looking to celebrate their special day with close friends and family. The Wine Library boasts stunning views of the 265 acres of vines as well as the North Downs way, creating a picturesque setting for creating unforgettable memories.
Ceremonies and Receptions for 10 – 20 guests.
Reception package to include:
• Denbies Sparkling wine or Sparkling Elderflower on arrival
• A selection of canapes
• 3 course meal
• Half a bottle of wine per person
• Chilled Still & Sparkling mineral water
