Are we allowed to use confetti?
We do allow the use of bio-degradable confetti.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Denbies is fully accessible for wheelchairs.
Is there car parking on site?
We do have complimentary car parking. Cars can also be left overnight at owners risk.
Is there overnight accommodation for our guests?
Denbies Vineyard Hotel is located onsite in the heart of the vineyard, with sweeping views of the vines and offers 17 en-suite bedrooms. We do have a range of hotels and B&Bs nearby, please refer to our suppliers list for further information on these.
Are we allowed to use fireworks?
Fireworks are no longer permitted.
Are we allowed a live band/DJ?
We allow both DJ’s and live bands, we only ask that they provide a valid PAT test certificate and public liability insurance.
Do you have a wedding coordinator on site?
We have a dedicated wedding coordinator who is on hand to help you plan your special day from beginning to end.
Is a toastmaster included?
Denbies can conduct toastmaster duties.
Are we allowed to use candles?
No, we do not allow candles. We recommend using LED candles.
Are photos in the vineyard allowed?
Yes, the vineyard is fully accessible for your wedding photographs. The bride and groom are welcome to also get a shot with our famous cellar wine barrels!
What is the booking procedure?
Provisional bookings can be made without any obligation. To confirm your chosen date a signed contract must be returned to us along with a deposit. Provisional bookings may be held for up to 14 days (subject to terms & conditions)
Can our wedding decorations be left at Denbies overnight?
Decorations can be left overnight, however they must be collected prior to 11am the following day. Items are left at the owners risk.

Do you allow outside catering?
No. All catering is provided by our onsite Chefs/Kitchen. The exception to this Wedding Cake.
